This painting is a celebration of Turkish folk traditions, deeply rooted in culture, history, and the beauty of craftsmanship. Growing up, I was always captivated by the intricate details of traditional attire, the rich embroidery, the ornate jewellery, and the vibrant fabrics that tell stories of generations past. In this piece, 

I wanted to capture not just the visual splendor, but the soul of a heritage passed down through time.
I used fine brushwork to achieve the delicate details, ensuring every embellishment reflected the artistry of Turkish adornments. Unlike my textured works, this painting is smooth and refined, with precise layering to bring depth to the jewellery and fabric.

The bright, bold colours represent the energy of Turkish celebrations, while the subject’s piercing gaze speaks of strength, pride, and legacy. Through this piece, I invite the viewer to feel the warmth of tradition and the timeless beauty of cultural identity.
